Shai Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Embodied Erotic Facilitator and Sacred Intimate

Shai (they/them) practicing since my 20s and teaching yoga since 2012, also a Bodyworker and Sacred Intimate, with a deep belief that pleasure be oriented in liberation and justice. 

Combining my experience and training of massage with the wisdom of Pilates and Functional movement aligned with the invitation to freedom and self realization offered by Yoga, I invite you to come home to your body. 

My teaching is rooted in the principles of Compassion, Ahimsa and Honesty, Satya also that our deepest wisdom is held in our Erotic Body.

ANDRZEJ KARDYS. YOGA TEACHER, RITUAL MASTER, HEALER.

Andrzej is the founder of Yogibare, originally started in December 2013 along with Jared Scratch, and recently re-booted the studio after a 10-year hiatus.

HE has had a yoga practice for 15 years and received his yoga teacher and thai massage certification in 2015 at Anamaya in Motezuma, Costa Rica from Peter Kaaberbøl Kristensen, founder of  LagoCph.  

Since 2022, Andrzej has also completed advanced spiritual training, become a Life Activation Practitioner and 2nd step Ritual Master in the Lineage of King Solomon at the Modern Mystery School in Toronto.
